2026–2027 Academic Year Fall Semester Intra-university Transfer Applications

Applications for horizontal transfer to the associate and undergraduate degree programs of Hitit University (excluding the Faculty of Medicine) for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year will be accepted according to the schedule below, based on students’ grade point averages (GPA).

Application Schedule

• Application Dates: August 3–14, 2026

• Evaluation Dates: August 17–19, 2026

• Announcement of Results: August 20, 2026

• Final Registration Dates: August 24–26, 2026

• Waitlist Registration Dates: August 27–31, 2026

Application and Evaluation

Horizontal transfer applications will be evaluated in accordance with the Hitit University Principles for Horizontal Transfer Applications and Evaluation Based on Grade Point Average for Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs and the relevant regulations.

Applicants must:

• Have no failed courses,

• Meet the application requirements,

• Submit all required documents within the application period.

Applications will be evaluated based on a calculated score that takes into account the student's university placement score and cumulative grade point average (GPA). Candidates will be ranked from the highest to the lowest evaluation score.
